Minnesota statutes allow both parties to work with a single Parenting Time Expeditor.

  • Meeting with both parties, the expeditor mediates the issues if possible, and where conflicts remain, makes a decision that is in the best interests of all parties—with a focus on the well-being of the children.
  • The decision is binding, and in many cases eliminates the need for additional litigation, which is expensive and contentious.

My fee is very affordable. Both parties share costs. A sliding scale is available.
